Looking for a part-time waiter / barback position. I’m passionate about cocktails and excited to learn & help with your bar operations.

Barback:

While I haven’t worked in a professional bar yet, I’m eager to learn and start from the basics. From running my home bar and cocktail club, I’ve gotten comfortable with organizing and cleaning - especially glassware (which I actually enjoy doing!). I’m excited to learn proper bar operations and support the bartending team however I can.

Waiter:

I am extrovert and love talking to people about cocktails and helping them find drinks they’ll enjoy. Through hosting friends and running our school cocktail club, I am comfortable and confident chatting with guests.

2021 - 2023

I got into cocktails since my bachelor, where I joined and became operator of our university cocktail club. We often gather sharing/playing with cocktails, serving beverage for some school events. I got comfortable handling busy periods and working under pressure.

During the time, I developed foundational knowledge of cocktails and spirits, had fun exploration with various flavor infusion techniques. Outside campus, I had great time hopping across local bars & Gin distilleries.

Home Bar Operation | Denmark

2024 to present

When I came to Denmark, I am hosting a lovely home bar, basically for my friends. I play around with simple cocktail menu designs and really enjoy hosting.

I continue exploring the Danish and EU bar scenes - I’ve become quite fond of Akvavit. Meantime, I find myself pretty enjoy and excel at cleaning the glassware 😄.

Micro beer brewing and safe food production

This summer I completed DTU’s beer brewing and quality control course. I got hands-on microbrewing experience with different beer recipes, and learned HACCP-based food safety (the science behind those Smiley ratings).
